Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be delighted with every Casa Euro purchase. Should you wish to change an item, kindly review the terms below and email us at info@casaeuro.ph so our team may guide you through the process.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date your order was delivered.
• The item must be unused, untampered, and returned in its original packaging.
• You may exchange for a different item or brand within Casa Euro, provided stock is available and the replacement is of equal or higher value.

Important Notes

• Casa Euro reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the item has been used or tampered with, or if the packaging has been damaged.
• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the client.
• Owing to their fragile and delicate nature, Baccarat and Villeroy & Boch items cannot be returned or exchanged.
