Tsar Water Glass 2

A tall, jewel-toned glass with the bearing of a state service.

The Tsar glass descends from a Baccarat service created in 1909 for the Russian Imperial court. Clear crystal is overlaid in colour and cut with diamond and palm-leaf motifs, then raised on a high stem above a scalloped foot, so the piece reads as much as sculpture as tableware. At roughly 36 cm tall it makes a commanding place setting.

Made in France in Baccarat crystal, it is offered in blue or pink and holds a little over 8 oz.
