Alessandro Mendini's Anna Gong reworks Alessi's 898 folding cake stand — one of the house's best-known 1960s designs — into a three-tier stand that collapses shut into a standalone tabletop form when not serving.
Made in mirror-polished 18/10 stainless steel, it carries Mendini's recurring "Anna G" motif, the same reference that runs through his well-known corkscrew design.
Open, it displays pastries and desserts across three levels; closed, it holds its own as an object worth leaving out.
