A table set for a tropical escape. Avarua takes its cue from the voyages of navigator James Cook, translating the exotic landscapes he charted into an opulent porcelain narrative.
Rendered in Premium Bone Porcelain and made in Germany, each piece is layered with birds of paradise, hummingbirds and tropical botanicals, finished with hand-applied gold detailing that catches the light along every rim. The effect is lush without being loud — a collection built for entertaining, not just display.
This set for four spans the full course of a meal: flat plates for the main event, dessert plates for what follows, soup bowls for something warming, and a bread plate, cup and saucer to round out the setting. Dishwasher friendly, so the ritual of use never has to compete with the ritual of care.
