One of the Three Kings, rendered as a Christmas bauble. Baldassarre — Balthazar of the nativity — is the subject here, part of a set that turns the traditional story into contemporary ornaments for the tree.
Designed by Marcello Jori for Alessi, the piece is made in blown glass and hand-decorated, each finished individually. It measures roughly eleven centimetres in both width and length.
