Aldo Rossi's press filter reworks the French press format in stainless steel and heat-resistant glass, built to adjust the coffee-to-water ratio by hand rather than lock you into a fixed strength.
The outer body and filter are in 18/10 stainless steel; the inner chamber is heat-resistant glass, letting you watch the brew as it steeps. It's equally suited to loose-leaf tea and herbal infusions as it is to coffee — a straightforward, adjustable brewing method rather than an automated one.
At 8-cup capacity, it's sized for entertaining as much as for a solo morning routine.
