V-CHAMP-S / Champagne Cabinet

The smaller-format champagne cabinet, built with the same precision as its larger sibling.

EuroCave has built wine cabinets since 1976, and the V-CHAMP-S carries that engineering into a single-temperature-zone cabinet with electronic regulation from 5°C to 12°C (5°C by default), tolerant of ambient room temperatures between 0°C and 30°C. Shelving comes configured as either three standard sliding shelves or a fixed presentation shelf with 5 or 8 stainless steel bottle holders, all finished with a champagne-coloured lacquer front. A removable full-glass handle and a non-reversible door (swing direction specified at time of order) complete the black-cased, all-glass-door exterior.

Inside, a charcoal filter keeps the air clean, a hygrometer displays humidity whenever the cabinet is set between 9–12°C, and a clay ball humidity cassette absorbs excess moisture. An alarm system flags a door left ajar or temperatures drifting out of range, and the whole unit runs at a rated 37 dBA — quiet enough for a living space. Selectable amber, blue, or red ambient lighting (fixed at time of order) rounds out the display.
