Marta Sansoni's Fior d'Olio for Alessi is made of stainless steel and thermoplastic resin, and fits onto most standard olive oil bottles. Its petal-form spout is designed for a clean, controlled pour, so a good oil reaches the plate without the usual drip down the neck of the bottle.
