Marta Sansoni's Fior d'Olio for Alessi pairs a flower-shaped spout with a small glass taster, so a good oil can be poured with control and sampled properly before it reaches the plate. The pourer is worked in 18/10 stainless steel with a glass insert, a considered blend of the practical and the decorative.
