A lid built to the standards of a working kitchen, not just to sit on a shelf.
It belongs to La Cintura di Orione, the cookware series Richard Sapper developed for Alessi with the advice of starred chefs, aimed at bringing professional performance into the home. The knob is shaped for an easy, confident grip while cooking, and the lid is made entirely in 18/10 stainless steel with a mirror-polished finish inside and out.
Production of the series began in 2003. This lid measures 14 cm across and 4 cm high, and carries the reference 90200/14 L.
