This knife belongs to the same Mami collection by Stefano Giovannoni as Alessi's bread knife and cook's knife — steel blades paired with the collection's soft, rounded handle shape. In black, it reads slightly more utilitarian than the collection's satin-steel pieces, suited to a kitchen that wants the Mami hand-feel without the brighter finish.
