Mario Trimarchi's espresso maker for Alessi takes its cues from memory and image, translated into a faceted cast-aluminium body. In this edition the aluminium is finished in black, matched by black thermoplastic resin on the handle and knob for a single, unbroken tone. This version entered production in 2016.
It is the three-cup size, 17.5 cm tall and 12 cm across, a quietly graphic object for the stovetop.
