Where the Compact Small suits a single shelf of wine, the Compact Large is built for a proper working collection while still fitting a standard 60x60cm kitchen opening. As a single-temperature cabinet it is set for long-term maturation around 12°C, or dialed toward 7°C or 17°C to serve one style of wine at a time — whites or reds — at its ideal moment.

The cabinet shares its smaller sibling's cellar-replicating engineering: embossed aluminium walls for humidity control, constant ventilation, UV-filtered glass, and construction designed to dampen vibration. A touch control panel displays live temperature and humidity, backed by alarms for an open door, sensor fault, or humidity swing — the same monitoring EuroCave builds into its larger free-standing cellars, just scaled to a built-in footprint.

For a household serious enough about wine to want real capacity, without giving up a kitchen wall to it, this is EuroCave's built-in answer.
