A Milanese street lamp, shrunk to the size of a table. The AR04 was designed by Aldo Rossi in 1991 as a scaled-down reinterpretation of the lamp on Via Croce Rossa, a piece of tabletop micro-architecture that blends post-modern design with classical reference.
The body is coloured aluminium in black, topped with a glass sphere. It runs on a rechargeable battery with a touch dimmer and a 5W 5V LED, and ships with an adapter and interchangeable plugs. It stands forty-seven centimetres tall on an eighteen-centimetre base.
