The Large La Première scales the same single-temperature philosophy up to a genuine working cellar — up to 182 bottles behind a glass door with a black frame, held at a single steady point across a 6°-18°C range, typically set near 12°C for long-term aging.

The build carries over EuroCave's full cellar-replication approach: embossed aluminium interior walls to help regulate humidity, constant ventilation to keep air moving evenly around every bottle, UV-filtered glass to block light degradation, and a vibration-dampened cabinet body. A touch control panel displays real-time temperature and humidity, with visual alarms for an open door, sensor fault, or humidity drift.

This is the size for a collector who has moved past a single shelf — enough capacity to lay wine down for years, in a cabinet still compact enough to stand in a home rather than a cellar room.
