La Première is EuroCave's mid-tier collection built for wine that is meant to be kept, not just chilled — and the Small, full-glass model brings that philosophy into a 74-bottle footprint. Set as a single-temperature cabinet across a 6°-18°C range, it is typically held around 12°C for long, even maturation.

Behind the glass door, walls in embossed aluminium help regulate humidity the way a stone cellar would, while constant ventilation, UV filtering, and a vibration-dampened build protect the wine from the three forces that age it badly: light, heat swings, and movement. A touch control panel keeps actual temperature and humidity visible, with visual alarms if anything drifts.
