The Large Pure scales the same architectural, single-temperature approach to 182 bottles — a genuine long-term cellar behind a full glass door, settable across EuroCave's 5°-20°C range for whichever style of aging you prefer.

Humidity is held between 60-70% to keep corks supple and slow oxidation over years of storage, while embossed aluminium walls, constant ventilation, and vibration-dampened construction recreate the stable conditions of a natural cellar. UV-filtered glass protects the wine from light while still putting the collection on display. A touch-screen LED panel governs both temperature and humidity, with alarms for any deviation.

This is Pure's flagship capacity — built for a collector whose ambitions have outgrown a starter cabinet, without giving up the line's clean, minimal design language.
