V-Pure-S / Full Glass Door

Pure is EuroCave's most architectural collection — minimal detailing, a full glass door, and engineering tuned for long-term aging rather than serving. The Small model holds 74 bottles at a single temperature, settable across a wide 5°-20°C range and generally run near the middle of that band for steady maturation.

Humidity is held in the 60-70% range behind the glass, keeping corks supple and oxidation risk low over years of storage. As with the rest of EuroCave's cabinet range, embossed aluminium walls, constant ventilation, and vibration-dampened construction protect the wine from the same conditions a natural cellar controls for; UV-filtered glass blocks light degradation. A touch-screen LED panel manages temperature and humidity and raises alarms for sensor faults or environmental drift.

For a smaller collection that still deserves cellar-grade conditions and a design pared back enough to stand anywhere in the home, Pure Small is the more understated of EuroCave's premium lines.
