Revelation is EuroCave's showcase collection — a full glass door wrapped around a warm strip of amber light, designed as much to be looked at as it is to protect what's inside. The Large model is a single-temperature cellar holding up to 182 bottles, settable across a 5°-20°C range and typically run near 12°C for long, even maturation.
The cabinet carries EuroCave's complete cellar-replication engineering: embossed aluminium walls to help stabilize humidity, constant ventilation, UV-filtered glass, and vibration-dampened construction, all monitored through a display of live temperature and humidity with five distinct visual alarms. Sliding shelves close with a soft-close mechanism, and each bottle rests on an individual "Main du Sommelier" support.
Revelation is built for a collection meant to be seen — a cellar that doubles as a piece of lit, sculptural furniture in a dining room or entertaining space.
