A steel basket that plays, gently, with the memory of woven wicker.
Michel Boucquillon and Donia Maaoui designed Vimini for Alessi as an open-work basket in 18/10 stainless steel, taking the language of traditional handcraft and reworking it in metal. The sheet steel is laser-cut and then shaped through a series of mechanical steps, relying on the skill of the Alessi workshops to coax the material into its woven-looking form. Production began in 2024.
Offered in two sizes, 22 cm and 27 cm, it works alone or as a pair, and reads as both a nod to tradition and something entirely new.

Returns: Exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery — item unused, untampered, in original packaging. Email info@casaeuro.ph to arrange; return shipping is shouldered by the customer.
